CUSTOMER SERVICE

For questions about an order, please email us at info@gdfht.com with your order number noted in the subject line. For general inquires regarding orders, sales and other life stuff, please email us at info@gdfht.com. You can also reach us by phone at (424) 261-9963, Monday-Friday from 11AM-5PM PST.

ORDERS
  • Orders placed M-F before 2pm PST will begin processing same day (excluding holidays) 
  • Orders placed after 2pm PST will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed Friday after 2pm PST will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays)

    Upon completion of your order processing, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order, order number and CC charge.

    We try our best to ship orders, along with updated tracking information, within 24 hrs of original email confirmation. Order processing cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by item availability and payment verification.

    Please note that a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. Goodfight does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on gdfht.com. We retain the right to refuse or cancel any orders on the suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price or for reasons we see fit. In the case of an order change or cancellation, Goodfight will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation and shall issue a refund to your original CC in the amount of the purchase.

    CA sales tax is applicable to orders shipping within the state only and will be applied at the time of purchase.

    DOMESTIC

    Courier: UPS

    Free domestic ground shipping with purchases over $250 for the lower 48 states only

    All shipments valued over $500 will require signature upon delivery. Goodfight will not assume the risk of loss for any orders that opt for no signature requirement at checkout.

    We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated, or for lost or stolen packages.

    When shipping to P.O. boxes, please be sure to include your phone number and email so that UPS may contact you for delivery.

    • UPS Ground, for the lower 48 states - $10 (for orders up to $250)
    • UPS Ground to Alaska or Hawaii - $20 (for orders up to $250)
    • UPS 3 Day Select Domestic - $25
    • UPS 2 Day Air - $35
    • UPS Next Day Air - $50

    INTERNATIONAL

    Courier: DHL

    Rates are calculated based on destination and weight of package. All additional taxes, customs and import duties levied by the client’s local government are the responsibility of the client.

    Items will be shipped from Los Angeles, CA with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns on items that are returned in their original unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.

    • Please email info@gdfht.com within 5 business days of receiving your order to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include original order confirmation number in the subject line.
    • Return requests will be processed in the order that they are received and all inquiries will be answered within 24 hrs. Returns will not be accepted without a RA# and email communication authorizing return request.
    • Returns must be received within 10 business days of receiving your RA# to be eligible for CC refund back to the original card used at time of purchase. Please clearly mark you RA# on the outside of the packaging.
    • All returns that do not meet the above criteria will only be considered for online store credit. Store credit will be issued through email with webcode detailed.

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

    • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If there was a mistake on the part of Goodfight, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return and refund of the item will be compensated.
    • Monetary refunds should appear back on the original CC used at the time of purchase within 5-10 business days.

    HOW DO I SHIP A RETURN?

    • Clients can request a pre-paid shipping label to be emailed with their RA#. A return shipping fee of $12 will be deducted from your refund.

    HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

    • Please follow the return instructions of the original items for a full refund and place a new order.
