Sound Room Cargo Pants
Like the Sound Room Shirt, the Sound Room Cargo Pant is a reference to “The Velvet Underground” and represents a cozy garment that the musicians might wear when recording music “in the sound room”--it almost seems like it can absorb weird vibrations, like the material on the walls of a recording studio. The silhouette was inspired by vintage military cargo pants, juxtaposing the masculinity of the style by cutting them in soft Japanese velvet and and replacing traditional buttons with invisible magnetic snaps. The back of the trousers feature welted pockets.
